HOLIDAY INN KEYCARD HOTEL:
NEW YORK CITY & WASHINGTON, D.C., U.S.A., SEPTEMBER 2009 - Three Months
One of Berg's most unusual projects was completed for Holiday Inn to promote the largest hotel brand relaunch in hospitality history. This rare glued work featured a life-size hotel room, bathroom, and lobby made entirely of hotel keycards. The client requested a glued work so guests could fully interact with the room. Media coverage included a 32-state live satellite media tour and major television and news coverage worldwide. The project was exhibited at South Street Seaport in New York City and Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. It is permanently housed at Kemmons Wilson Gallery in Memphis.
